The 1st CDFF – Consumer Dimension of Future Foods Symposium

We would like to invite you to attend CDFF 2022 on 11 and 12 May 2022 – the first Consumer Dimensions of Future Foods Symposium. This year’s theme will be ‘Driving Change’.
This event is a collaboration between Massey University (Aotearoa New Zealand) and A*STAR (Singapore) as part of the Future Foods Catalyst research program. CDFF 2022 stretches across Australasia and Europe, and will bring together researchers from both academia and industry to share their frontier research on the following themes:

  • Consumer perceptions of future foods
  • Challenges in the production of plant-based products
  • Consumer segments
  • Nutritional aspects of plant-based products
  • Peripheral factors impacting consumer perceptions
  • Methods in consumer science

We are excited to have Dr Marleen Onwezen (Wageningen University) and Prof Dr Michael Siegrist (ETH Zürich) as our plenary speakers.
