CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The 16th NZOZ Sensory and Consumer Science Symposium will be held on the 15-17th Feb 2022, hosted by The University of Queensland and The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
The organising committee are pleased to announce we have secured two outstanding international keynote speakers including Dr Sara R Jaeger from Plant and Food Research in New Zealand and A/Prof Sujinda Sriwattana from Chiang Mai University in Thailand also representing the newly established Asian Sensory Network.
Dr Jaeger will be presenting her most recent sensory research of plant-based foods and A/Prof Sriwattana will be sharing her knowledge on the development of reduced sodium foods.
The symposium is designed to provide new inspiration and knowledge for sensory and consumer professionals. The symposium is an excellent platform for Australian, New Zealand and Asian sensory and consumer researchers and professionals to interact with international science leaders in this field, learn about the newest developments in research methods, network and exchange ideas.
We will enjoy a full program of speakers and poster presentations and we encourage all participants to submit an abstract for consideration as a poster or oral presentation (including students).
